健康教育在社区儿童保健工作中的应用效果评价

目的探讨健康教育在社区儿童保健工作中的应用效果。方法观察组采取系统健康教育；对照组采用常规健康教育。6个月后对两组婴儿家长干预效果进行评估，并对相关数据进行统计学分析。结果观察组健康教育后婴儿家长对儿童保健知识的掌握程度、婴儿参与定期健康体检情况和Ⅱ类疫苗的接种情况和对照组相比较具有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。Ⅰ类疫苗（除乙肝疫苗第1、2次和脊灰疫苗第1次及卡介苗外）的接种情况和对照组相比具有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论健康教育对社区儿童保健工作有积极的推动作用，值得推广。

Effect assessment of health education in community child health care

Objective To evaluate the effect of health education in community child health care. Methods Observation group was given systematic health education. Control group was given traditional health education. The interventional effect was evaluated after six months. The related data was statistically analyzed and compared. Results There was significant difference in the knowledge mastering of child health care, participation rate of regular physical examination, vaccination rate of vaccines Ⅱ class on time between two groups （P 〈 0.05）. There was significant difference in vaccination rate of vaccines Ⅰ class except Hepatitis b vaccine （the first time, the second time）, polio vaccine （the first time）, BCG vaccine between two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion There is remarkably improvement in health education of community child health care.
