保乳手术与改良根治术治疗早期乳腺癌近远期疗效对比研究

目的对比保乳手术与改良根治术治疗早期乳腺癌近远期疗效,为早期乳腺癌术式的合理选择提供理论依据。方法选取我院2008年1月～2012年1月间收治乳腺癌患者57例作为观察对象,根据手术方法分为保乳手术32例(治疗组)、改良根治术25例(对照组)。结果与对照组的手术效果比较,治疗组手术时间(51.42±11.37)min,切口长度(4.15±1.25)cm,小于对照组,并发症少(12.5%),术后1年对两组的美容效果进行评定,治疗组的优良率达87.5%,明显优于对照组。但术后随访2年两组复发率比较,差异无显著性。结论与改良根治术比较,保乳手术时间短、并发症少,可以提高患者的美容效果,值得推广和应用。

Comparative study of breast-conserving surgery and modified radical mastectomy in the treatment of early breast cancer

Objective To compare the treatment effect of early breast cancer breast-conserving surgery and modified radical mastectomy,and provide a theoretical basis and a reasonable choice for early breast cancer surgical. Methods In our hospital from January 2008 to January 2012, 57 cases of breast cancer patients were selected as the object of observation and divided into breast-conserving surgery in 32 patients （treatment group）,modified radical masteetomy 25 patients （control group） according to operation methods. Results Compared with the control group,the treatment group had shorter surgery time （51.42±11.37） min,incision length （4.15±1.25） cm was less than the control group（12.5%）, few- er complications. The cosmetic results of two groups were assessed after surgery 1 year, the good rate of the treatment group was 87.5%, was significantly better than the control group. Followed up for 2-year,the difference of the recur- rence rate between two groups had no significance. Conclusion Compared with the modified radical mastectomy, breast-conserving surgery had a short time, fewer complications, and patients can improve the cosmetic results worthy of promotion and application.
