CT与B超在诊断妇科盆腔肿瘤中的临床价值分析

目的对比分析CT与B超在诊断妇科盆腔肿瘤中的临床应用价值。方法收集2008年1月～2012年9月期间来我院妇科就诊的63例经手术和病理证实的盆腔肿瘤患者资料。所有的患者都分别进行CT和B超两种方法检查，将两种影像学检查方法的结果与病理结果对照，进行回顾性分析。结果CT诊断结果与术后病理结果的诊断符合率为90．5％（57／63），而B超检查结果与术后病理诊断符合率为85．7％（54／63），两者比较差异没有统计学意义（P〉0．05）。两种方法都对子宫肌瘤和卵巢良性肿瘤的检出率较高，而对于子宫内膜癌、卵巢癌等的检出率则比较低。结论CT与B超两种方法在诊断妇科盆腔肿瘤中都具有很好I临床应用价值。在临床实践中B超可以作为诊断女性盆腔肿瘤的一个首选方法，而CT则可以作为超声检查的一个重要的补充方法。在临床实践中合理应用两种方法能有效地指导临床治疗以及手术后的疗效观察。

The clinical value of CT and type-B ultrasound on the diagnosis of gyne- cologic pelvic tumors

Objective To analyze the clinical value of CT and type-B Ultrasound in the diagnosis of gynecologic pelvic tumors. Methods A total of 63 cases of patients with pelvic tumors were included in this study, which con- firmed by surgery and pathology in our hospital during the period from January 2008 to September 2012. And CT and type-B Ultrasound were performed in all patients. The results of two methods were compared. Results Compared with pathologic results, the accordant diagnostic rate of CT in 63 cases was 90.5%, and that of the type-B Ultrasound re- sults was 85.7%. There is no statistical significance between the two methods （P 〉 0.05）. Both methods have a high value for evaluating uterine fibroids and benign ovarian tumors; and with low detection rate for endometrial cancer and ovarian cancer. Conclusion There is a good clinical value of CT and type-B Ultrasound in the diagnosis of gynecolog- ical pelvic tumors. Type-B Ultrasound can be used as a preferred method, and the CT can be used as an important auxiliary method, for the diagnosis of female pelvic tumors in clinical practice.
