30例精神分裂症患者血清同型半胱氨酸检测的临床意义

目的探讨精神分裂症患者血清同型半胱氨酸检测的临床意义。方法检测30例精神分裂症患者、30名健康体检者血清中Hey的含量以及比较各组的Hcy异常增高率。结果疾病组患者Hcy水平明显高于健康对照组（P〈0．05）。且疾病组治疗后Hey水平较治疗前也明显降低，疾病组Hcy异常增高率明显高于治疗后及健康对照组（P〈0．05）。男性患者的Hcy水平明显高于女性患者，且对男女患者的Hcy异常增高率比较，差异也存在显著性（P〈0．05）。结论精神分裂症患者血清同型半胱氨酸水平较高，检测血清同型半胱氨酸可用于精神分裂症患者病情监测及药物疗效观察。

The clinical significance of the detection serum homocysteine in patients with schizophrenia

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of the detection serum homocysteine in schizophrenia patients. Methods Deteced 30 cases of patients with schizophrenia and 30 healthy People the serum Hcy content, as well as compared each group of Hcy abnormal increase rate. Results Hcy levels in patients with disease group was significantly higher than that in healthy control group （P 〈 0.05）, and Hcy abnormal were significantly lower than before treatment Hcy levels,disease group increase was significantly higher than after treatment and the healthy control group（P 〈 0.05）. Hcy levels of the male patients was significantly higher than the female patients,and Hcy abnormal increase rates of male and female patients,the difference was significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Schizophrenia patients have higher serum homocysteine levels, serum homocysteine detection can be used in patients with schizophrenia disease monitoring and drug efficacy.
