压疮督查小组在防治外科手术患者压疮中的作用

目的探讨压疮督查小组在外科手术患者压疮防治和护理服务满意度中的作用。方法在我院外科成立以科室护士长和业务骨干为成员的“压疮督查小组”，制定相关的管理制度及职责，建立管理流程，进行相关理论培训，将我院进行积极预防和治疗的外科手术患者压疮45例作为观察组；并将同期采用常规模式治疗和护理的45例患者作为对照组，观察两组患者压疮治愈情况、患者创面清洁的时间、患者的住院天数及住院费用以及患者满意度和舒适度情况。结果我院外科护士预防压疮意识增强，压疮护理知识不断更新，外科手术后患者压疮发生率明显降低，带入压疮患者的好转率及治愈率明显提高，同时也提高了患者及家属对压疮的自护能力。与同期对照组45例患者相比，差异有统计学意义。且观察组患者的满意度和舒适度明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论成立“压疮督查小组”，能有效降低压疮发生率，提高带人压疮好转及治愈率，提升护理质量。

The effect of pressure sores inspection team in the prevention and treatment of surgical patients with pressure sores

Objective To study the effect of pressure sores inspection team in the prevention and treatment of surgical patients with pressure sores. Methods We stablished surgical department in our hospital, which was composed of head nurse and the backbone of the business as a member of the pressure sores supervision group＂, developed relevant management systems and responsibilities, established management processes related theoretical training. 45 patients in our hospital with surgical patients treated by pressure sores active prevention and treatment, as the experiment group; and the same period in 45 patients using the conventional mode of treatment and care, as a control group. The pressure sores cure the situation, patients wound clean, number of days of hospitalization and hospital costs and patient satisfaction and comfort would be observed. Results The nurses＇ sense of pressure was heightened. And the pressure sores nursing knowledge constantly was updated, and after surgery in patients with pressure ulcers significantly reduce the incidence of and into the improvement rate and cure rate of patients with pressure sores significantly improved, but also improve the patients and their families on the pressure sores of self-protection capabilities. Compared with the same period of the 45 patients, the date had a statistically significant difference. And the satisfaction and comfort of the observation group were significantly higher （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The establishment of the ＂pressure sores inspection team＂, can effectively reduce the incidence of pressure sores into pressure ulcers improved cure rates and improve the quality of care.
