机械通气在重症手足口病治疗中的疗效研究

摘    要:目的探讨机械通气对重症手足口病的疗效。方法研究对象为2010年-3月2012年10月在新乡市中心医院住院的给予机械通气治疗的52例重症手足口病患儿。通过比较机械通气治疗前后患儿生命体征、临床表现和辅助检查结果的变化,分析机械通气对重症手足口病的疗效。结果①机械通气治疗可显著改善生命体征;②研究病例以呼吸性碱中毒为主,合并代谢性酸中毒;③≤3岁占84.6%,〉3岁占15.4%,验证了以3岁以下患儿多见。结论机械通气辅助治疗合并呼吸、循环、神经系统损害的重症手足口病可显著提高治愈率,改善患儿预后。

Abstract:Objective To explore the curative effect of mechanical ventilation in severe hand-foot-mouth disease. Methods The research objects were 52 patients with hand-foot-mouth disease who had been treated through mechanical ventilation in Xinxiang Center Hospital from March 2010 to October 2012. The curative effect of mechanical ventilation in severe hand-foot-mouth disease cases were analyzed by comparing the changes in life signs,clinical manifestation and auxiliary examination results of the patients before and after treatment. Results ①Mechanical ventilation treatment could significantly improve the vital signs;②The cases were major respiratory alkalosis, and minor metabolic acidosis;③ ≤ 3 years old children accounted for 84.6%, 〉3 years old children accounted for 15.4%, which proved that children under 3 years old were most common among the severe hand-foot-mouth patients. Conclusion Mechanical ventilation could significantly improve the cure rate in severe hand-foot-mouth disease cases which combined the breathing, circulatory, or nervous system damage, and improve the prognosis of patients.
