| 摘 要： | 目的分析胃肠道病毒71型（EV71）手足口病患儿并发脑干脑炎的磁共振表现特征，探讨MRI在其诊断中的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析26例2011年7月～2012年8月期间经临床确诊为EV71感染手足口病并发脑干脑炎的患儿头颅MRI资料。结果病变累及延髓26例，桥脑被盖部23例，中脑9例，小脑齿状核2例，颈段脊髓7例。结论MRI是评价手足口病合并脑干脑炎的有效方法，损害部位常位于脑桥被盖部及延髓，影像表现具有特征性，可为临床诊治提供可靠的参考依据。

| Abstract: | Objective To determine the clinical value of MR imaging in the diagnostic of brainstem encephalitis in children with hand-foot-mouth disease infected by enterovirus 71. Methods The MR imaging findings of 26 children with brainstem encephalitis infected by EV71 were retrospective analyzed. Results The lesions were showed in the medulla oblongata（26 cases）, tegmentum of pons（23 cases）, midbrain（9 cases）, dentate nuclei of the cerebellum（2 cases）, and cervical spinal cord （7 cases）. Conclusion MR imaging can provide valuable informations for clinic assessment and treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease. Medulla oblongata and pons involvement are characteristic findings of EV71 encephalitis. |
