趋化因子GRO α、MCP-1在宫颈癌发病机制中的作用

摘    要:目的 探讨生长相关癌基因α(GRO α)和单核细胞趋化蛋白1(MCP-1)在宫颈癌中的作用.方法 免疫组化法检测49例宫颈癌组织中GRO α和MCP-1的表达,并与30例癌旁正常官颈上皮组织作对照.结果 宫颈癌组GRO α和MCP-1的阳性率(分别为76%、69%)显著高于对照组(分别为47%、40%)(P< 0.01或P< 0.05).31例伴有淋巴结转移的宫颈癌组中GRO α的阳性率显著高于不伴有淋巴结转移组(分别为68%、28%),P<0.01.MCP-1的阳性率差异无统计学意义(分别为61%、39%),P>0.05.结论 宫颈癌组织中GRO α和MCP-1的表达增强,它们可能参与了宫颈癌的形成过程,GRO α还可能与宫颈癌的转移有关.

Function of growth-related oncogene alpha and monocyte chemoattrac- tant protein-1 protein in the pathogenesis of cervical cancer.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the potential roles of growth-related oncogene alpha (GRO α) and monocyte chemoattraetant protein-1 (MCP-1) in the pathogenesis of the cervical cancer development. Methods Tissues from 49 patients with cervical cancer (cervical cancer group) and 30 cases of common cervical epithelial tissue near the cervical cancer tissues were obtained either (control group). The expression levels of GRO α and MCP-1 protein in tissues of cervical cancer and normal cervical epithelial were detected by immunohistochemical methods. Results The positive rate of GRO α and MCP-I proteins in cervical cancer group (76% and 69%) were significantly higher than those in control group (47% and 40%)(P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05). Moreover, in cervical cancer group, those with lymph node in- volved demonstrated higher GRO α expression (68%) than those without (28%), P 〉 0.05. However, the rate of MCP-1 were no significance between them (61%, 39% respectively) (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion Expression levels of GROα and MCP-1 protein in cervical cancer are increased, it may be participated in development of cervical cancer. Perhaps, GRO α is involved in cervical cancer metastasis.
