宫颈微生态与宫颈疾病发生发展的相关性研究

摘    要:目的探讨宫颈微生态与宫颈疾病发生发展的关系。方法选取2010年1月~2012年8月来我院就诊的宫颈病变患者200例.采用MicroScanautoSCAN-4细菌鉴定系统分析宫颈病变患者阴道分泌物中分离出的菌株情况。分析宫颈非恶性与恶性病变患者阴道菌群分布情况、阴道不同性质分泌物菌群培养结果及阴道菌群分布与阴道pH值、白带清洁度的关系。结果宫颈病变患者阴道菌群检出率中,以乳酸杆菌检出率最高,乳酸杆菌、大肠埃希菌在宫颈恶性病变与非恶性病变患者间差异显著(P〈0.05);阴道血性分泌物和阴道脓性分泌物之间菌群培养结果无显著性差异。随着阴道pH值的增高,乳酸杆菌的检出率逐渐下降,其他菌群的检出率逐渐增加:白带清洁度越严重,乳酸杆菌检出率越低,加德纳菌检出率则明显增加,其他菌群检出率差异不显著。结论宫颈微生态与宫颈疾病发生发展有着密切的关系,深入探讨感染微生态学的理论对宫颈疾病的诊断与治疗有着重大的意义。

Correlation study of the development of the cervical disease and cervical microecology

Abstract:Objective To investigate the correlation of the development of the cervical disease and cervical microecol- ogy. Methods A total of 200 cases with cervical lesion in our hospital from January 2010 to August 2012 were select- ed. The bacterial strains from vaginal discharge of patients with cervical lesion were analyzed by MicroSean auto SCAN-4 bacterial identification system. The vaginal bacterial distribution in patients with malignant and non-malig- nant cervical lesions, bacterial culture results in different nature vaginal discharge, relation between vaginal bacterial distribution and vaginal pH value, leukorrhea cleanliness were analyzed. Results The detection rate of Lactobacilli was highest among the detection rate of vaginal bacterial strains from patients with cervical lesion. There were significant difference in Lactobacilli and Escherichia coli between patients with malignant cervical lesions and patients with non- malignant cervical lesions (P 〈 0.05). There was not significant difference in bacterial culture results between bloody and purulent vaginal discharge. The detection rate of Lactobacilli decreased and the detection rate of other bacterial strains increased with increased vaginal pH value. The detection rate of Lactobacilli decreased and the detection rate of Gardnerella increased with leukorrhea cleanliness more serious. Conclusion Cervical microecology and the occur- rence and development of the cervical disease are closely related, to study the cervical microecology theory has a great significance for the diagnosis and treatment of cervical disease.
