高血压的综合性护理

目的探讨护理干预对高血压患者服药依从性、血压、心血管事件发生率等的影响。方法将我院收治的60例原发性高血压患者，随机分为对照组和观察组，两组均给予常规降压治疗。对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用综合护理。分析两组患者对护理服务满意度、药物治疗依从性、治疗前后血压变化情况及心血管事件发生率等。结果观察组患者对护理服务满意度显著高于对照组；观察组用药依从性、饮食依从性、运动依从性、监测依从性显著高于对照组；两组干预前SBP、DBP差异无统计学意义，观察组干预后SBP、DBP显著低于对照组：观察组心血管不良事件发生率显著低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论在常规降压治疗的基础上采用综合护理措施，患者血压控制良好，使用方便，值得临床推广应用。

Comprehensive care of hypertension

Objective To study the influence of nursing intervention of patients with high blood pressure with medication compliance, blood pressure, the risk of cardiovascular events, etc. Methods A total of 60 cases of our patients with primary hypertension patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,two groups were given the conventional antihypertensive therapy. The comparison group used the conventional nursing, the observation group adopt the comprehensive nursing. Satisfaction to nursing service, medication compliance and blood pressure changes before and after treatment and the risk of cardiovascular events were observed. Results The observation group of patients to nursing service satisfaction significantly higher than those in the control group. The observation group medication compliance, diet compliance, sports compliance, monitoring compliance significantly were higher than those in the control group. Two groups of intervention SBP, DBP before there was no significant difference, the observation group intervention SBP, DBP after significantly lower than those of the control group. The observation group cardiovascular adverse events rate was significantly were lower than those of the control group, the differences were significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion In the conventional antihypertensive treatment on the basis of the comprehensive nursing measures, blood pressure control well, easy to use, worth to application at clinical.
