切缝挂线术与传统切开挂线术治疗复杂性肛瘘的临床观察

目的观察切缝挂线术与传统切开挂线术治疗复杂性肛瘘的临床效果。方法选择我院2010年1-6月收治的80例复杂性肛瘘患者分为两组各40例，A组给予切缝挂线术治疗，B组给予传统切开挂线术治疗，观察两组的临床治疗效果。结果A组总有效率明显优于B组，两组比较具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。A组术后并发症发生率明显低于B组（P〈0．05）。结论对于复杂性肛瘘患者采取切缝挂线术治疗，效果明显，术后并发症少，值得临床应用。

Clinical effect of lancing-thread-drawing procedure and traditional inci- sion-thread-drawing procedure for complex anal fistula

Objective To observe the clinical effect of lancing-thread-drawing procedure and traditional incision- thread-drawing procedure for complex anal fistula. Methods A total of 80 cases with complex anal fistula in our hos- pital from January 2010 to June 2010 were divided into two groups according to the different treatment methods. 40 cases in group A were given lancing-thread-drawing procedure,while 40 cases in group B were given traditional inci- sion-thread-drawing procedure. The clinical effect of two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate in group A was significantly better than that in group B,the difference of the total effective rate was significant between two groups （P 〈 0.05）. The incidence rate of postoperative complications in group A was significantly lower than that in group B,there was significant differences between two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of lancing- thread-drawing procedure for complex anal fistula is better than that of traditional incision-thread-drawing procedure, and the postoperative complications are lesser. It is worth in clinical application.
