长春西汀联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效研究

目的探讨长春西汀联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效及使用价值。方法选取2008年1月～2012年1月人住我院治疗的60例DPN患者作为研究对象，随机分为实验组与对照组各30例，对照组单用甲钴胺治疗，实验组给予长春西汀联合甲钴胺治疗，连用2周。比较两组的疗效。结果治疗后实验组的有效率93-3％显著高于对照组73．3％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论长春西汀联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床疗效优于单一用药，且安全性好，值得推广。

Clinical efficacy of vinpocetine joint mecobalamin in treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and value of vinpocetine joint mecobalamin in treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods Selected 60 cases of patients with DPN as objects of study in our hospital from January 2008 to January 2012, and they were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 30 cases in each. The control group alone used mecobalamin and the experimental group was given vinpocetine joint mecobalamin, continually used for 2 weeks. Then the efficacy of two groups was compared. Results After treat- ment, the experimental group efficiency 93.3% was significantly higher than 73.3%, the difference was statistically sig- nificant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Vinpocetine joint mecobalamin in treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy is more effective than a single ,drug use and safe, is worth promoting.
