两种药物治疗甲亢的临床疗效分析

目的评价进口甲巯咪唑（赛治）联合普萘洛尔治疗甲亢患者的疗效。方法将我院72例甲亢患者按治疗方法不同分为对照组和治疗组，治疗组采用进口甲巯咪唑联合普萘洛尔，对照组采用国产甲巯咪唑片，治疗6个月后评价疗效。结果治疗组的总有效率为91．7％，明显高于对照组的总有效率69．4％，两组比较有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。与治疗前比较，两组治疗后血清FT3、FT4、TT3、T4均明显下降，血清TSH明显上升，两组治疗前后比较有统计学意义（＊P〈0．01）；两组组间比较也有显著性差异（△P〈0．05）。两组不良反应发生率差异明显，治疗组优于对照组。结论进口甲巯咪唑联合普萘洛尔可以有效提高甲亢患者的疗效，减少药物的不良反应。

Analysis on the curative effects of two drugs therapy for hyperthyroidism

Objective To evaluate the curative effects of imported thiamazole from germany plus propranolol in pa- tients with hyperthyroidism. Methods Seventy-two patients with hyperthyroidism in our hospital were divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with imported methimazole plus propranolol, and the control group was treated with domestic thiamazole tablets. We evaluated the curative effects of the two groups after treatment for 6 months. Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 91.7% ,which was significantly higher than the total effective rate in the control group which was 69.4% respectively, the differences between the two groups had statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. Compared with treatment before, the serum FT3, FT4, TT3, T4 decreased and serum TSH increased significantly for both groups after treatment, and it had statistical significance （＊P 〈 0.01）.There was sig- nificant difference between the two groups （△P 〈 0.05）. The adverse reaction rate between the two groups were obvious- ly, and the treatment group was better than the control group. Condusion Imported methimazole plus propranolol can effectively improve the curative effect in patients with hyperthyroidism and reduce the adverse drug reactions.
