某研究院职工脂肪肝患病率调查及相关因素分析

目的了解某研究院职工脂肪肝的患病率及相关因素。方法对2012年某研究院职工13832例体检者中脂肪肝患病率进行调查，检测患者血糖、血脂、尿酸，测量血压，并分析脂肪肝相关因素。结果13832例体检者中脂肪肝患病率为29．97％；男性高于女性（P〈0．01）；离退休人员高于在职人员（P〈0．01）；不同年龄段脂肪肝患病率比较差异有统计学意义；脂肪肝与糖尿病、高脂血症、高血压、高尿酸血症有相关关系。结论某研究院职工脂肪肝患病率较高；性别、年龄、糖尿病、高脂血症、高血压、高尿酸血症是脂肪肝发病的相关因素。

Survey and analysis on relevant factors of fatty liver disease in employee of a research institute

Objective To investigate the fatty liver prevalence rate and relevant factors of a research institute staffs. Methods The fatty liver prevalence rate of 13 832 cases of physical examination persons of a research institute staffs in 2012 was investigate, the blood glucose, blood lipid, uric acid, blood pressure were detected, and the relevant factors of fatty liver were analysised. Result The fatty liver prevalence rate of 13 832 cases of physical examination persons was 29.97%; prevalence rate was higher in males than that in females （P 〈 0.01）; prevalence rate was higher in retired persons than that in serving staff; comparing the prevalence rats of fatty liver in different ages, the difference was statistically significan; diabetes, hyperlipidemia, hypertension, hyperuricemia were related to fatty liver. Conclusion The prevalence rate of fatty liver in the research institute staffs was high. Gender, age, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, hypertension, hyperurieemia were the relevant of factors fatty of liver disease.
