| 摘 要： | 目的观察综合性护理干预对2型糖尿病患者治疗依从性的影响。方法选取2009年1月～2012年1月在我院住院治疗的2型糖尿病患者65例进行观察，根据护理干预措施的不同分为干预组35例与对照组30例，对照组采取随机对症护理，干预组主要从心理干预、药物干预、饮食干预、运动干预等方面进行综合性的护理干预，应用设计的治疗依从性的调查表，对两组患者治疗的依从性进行比较。结果干预组的依从性明显优于对照组（P〈0．05），且干预组患者出院时的空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖及糖化血红蛋白较对照组变化更显著（P〈0．05）。结论通过实施综合性的护理干预措施，可以提高患者对糖尿病的认识水平及对治疗的依从性，有助于更好地控制血糖，减少并发症的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the comprehensive nursing intervention on treatment compliance in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods From January 2009 to January 2012, 65 cases in our hospital in patients with type 2 diabetes were observed, depending on the nursing interventions divided into intervention group of 35 patients to take random symptomatic control group of 30 patients in the control group care, the intervention group psychological intervention, drug intervention, dietary intervention, exercise intervention, comprehensive care intervention, application design treatment compliance questionnaire, the patients adherence to treatment. Results Compliance of the group of glycosylated hemoglobin conclusion. Conclusion Through the implementation of comprehensive nursing interventions can improve the level of awareness of patients with diabetes and adherence to treatment, helps to control blood sugar, reduce the incidence of complications. |
