广州市白云区2008～2012年居民传染病死因分析

目的 分析白云区2008～2012年患传染病的居民的死亡原因.方法 应用死亡率、标化死亡率、死因构成及死因顺位等统计学指标,对2008～2012年白云区居民死因资料进行分析.结果 2008～2012年白云区居民传染病死亡数为227人,年平均死亡率为2.04/10万,传染病死亡率男性高于女性.传染病主要死因是病毒性肝炎、肺结核和艾滋病.前三位死因占总死亡数的94.27％.职业以无业或待业居第一位.结论 病毒性肝炎、肺结核、艾滋病是导致白云区居民死亡的最严重传染病,应加强防控.

Death cause analysis of infectious diseases for residents in Baiyun district of Guangzhou city from 2008 to 2012

Objective To analyze the death cause of residents in infectious diseases from 2008 to 2012 in Baiyun district. Methods We analyzed the death cause data of residents in Baiyun district from 2008 to 2012 by using the statistical indicators such as mortality rate, standardized mortality rate, proportion of dying of a specific cause and se- quence of the death cause. Results A total of 227 Baiyun district residents died of infectious diseases. The average of mortality rate of the year was 2.04/100000. Male infectious disease mortality rate was higher than the fmale infectionus disease mortality rate. The top three death causes of infectious diseases were viral hepatitis, pulmonary tuberculosis and AIDS. The top three death causes of infectious diseases accounted for 94.27% of all deaths from infectious causes. Jobless people deaths accounted for the first in the distribution of occupation. Conclusion Viral hepatitis, tuberculosis and AIDS are the three major infectious diseases that resulted in the deaths of residents in Baiyun district,which should be strengthen prevented and controled.
