丹红注射液治疗特发性肺纤维化的临床效果观察

目的 探讨特发性肺纤维化使用丹红注射液后的治疗效果.方法 研究对象为选自来我院就诊的76例特发性肺纤维化患者,将研究对象按照人院顺序分为对照组38例,采用一般常规的治疗方法,观察组38例在一般治疗基础上另外使用丹红注射液,对两组治疗前后的血氧分压、CO弥散量、血清TGF-β1、通气量及两组的治疗效果进行比较.结果 治疗后与治疗前比较,两组患者血氧分压及CO弥散量均显著升高,观察组比对照组升高的程度更为明显(P＜ 0.05)；两组患者血清TGF-β1均降低,通气量均升高,观察组比对照组改善得更为明显(P＜0.05)；观察组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 特发性肺纤维化患者在常规治疗基础上采用丹红注射液进行治疗能够收到较好的治疗效果,可以作为一种有效的治疗方法在临床推广.

Study on clinical effect of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis treated with Dan- hong injection

Objective To explore the characteristics of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis treated with Danhong injection. Methods The study subjects were 76 cases with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis,they were selected in our hospital, the subjects were divided into control group（n=38 cases）, they were treated with conventional method, the observation group （n=38 cases） was treated with Danhong injection on the basis of conventional method. We compared oxygen partial pressure, CO diffusing capacity, TGF- β1 levels in the serum, ventilation of two groups before and after treatment, and compared the therapeutic effect of two groups. Results Compared with before treatment, partial pressure of oxygen and CO dispersion of two groups after treatment were signifieantly increased, the increase of observation group was more obvious than in the control group （P 〈 0.05）; Serum TGF- β1 of two groups were significantly lower, ventilation vol- ume increased, observation group improved more significantly than in the control group （P 〈 0.05）;The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis treatment can Injection on the basis of conventional treatment, can be used as get better therapeutic effect in patients with Danhong an effective treatment in clinic.
