加味茵陈蒿汤配合中药外洗治疗母儿ABO血型不合疗效观察

目的探讨加味茵陈蒿汤配合中药外洗治疗母儿ABO血型不合的临床治疗效果。方法选择我院收治的120例血型免疫抗体IgG抗A（B）效价均≥1：128的孕妇随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例，治疗组给予加味茵陈蒿汤配合中药外洗治疗，对照组给予口服维生素C、E，观察两组血型免疫抗体IgG抗A（B）效价下降情况及新生儿出现溶血症情况。结果治疗组孕妇血型免疫抗体IgG抗A（B）效价下降至正常值55例，临床总有效率91．67％（55，60），明显高于对照组的53．33％（32／60）；产后治疗组新生儿溶血症发生率6．67％（4／60），明显低于对照组的18-33％（11／60），两组治疗效果比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论加味茵陈蒿汤配合中药外洗治疗母儿ABO血型不合效果满意，能有效降低血清抗体效价，预防产后新生儿溶血症的发生，值得临床推广。

Curative effect observation of flavored artemisia capillaris soup with Chi- nese medicine external treatment of mother washing son ABO blood group

Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of flavored artemisia capillafis soup with Chinese medicine external treatment of mother washing son ABO blood group. Methods Selected our hospital 120 cases of blood group antibody IgG immune resistance to A（B） titer of 1：12 8 or more pregnant women each 60 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Treatment group was given flavored artemisia capillaris soup with Chinese medicine outside treatment, and the control group was given oral vitamin C, vitamin E. Observed two groups blood immune antibody IgG titer A（B） decline in resistance and neonatal hemolysis disease condition. Results Pregnant women blood type antibody IgG immune resistance to treatment group A（B） titer dropped to normal 55 patients, the clini- cal total effective rate was 91.67% （55/60）, significantly higher than the control group 53.33% （32/60）; Postpartum treat- ment group newboms hemolytic disease incidence of 6.67% （4/60）, significantly lower than the control group 18.33% （11/ 60）, the treatment effect was similar between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Flavored artemisia capillaris soup with Chinese medicine external treatment of mother washing effect of ABO blood group are not satisfied, can effectively reduce the serum antibody titer, prevent the happening of postpartum and neonatal hemolytic disease, worth clinical promotion.
