移动智能在慢性阻塞性肺疾病中的应用

目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)管家公众号对稳定期COPD患者的临床效果。方法将200例稳定期中重度COPD患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组100例。对照组进行传统的COPD管理,观察组在对照组基础上使用移动智能——COPD管家公众号进行个体化管理。结果通过COPD管家公众号管理后,观察组COPD评估测试评分(CAT)、改良英国医学研究学会呼吸困难指数(mMRC)评分、体质量指数(BMI)、第1秒用力呼气容积占预计值百分比(FEV 1%pred)高于管理前,6分钟步行试验(6MWT)距离长于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组戒烟人数、规范用药人数、肺康复训练人数均多于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组3个月内急性加重次数少于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、白细胞介素8(IL-8)水平均低于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论COPD管家公众号管理对稳定期COPD患者进行个体化管理效果好,可有效改善患者症状,提高依从性和生活质量。

Application of mobile intelligence in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Objective To explore the clinical effect of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)housekeeper official account for COPD patients in stable phase.Methods Two hundred moderate and severe COPD patients in stable phase were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 100 cases in each group.The control group received traditional COPD management,and the observation group used mobile intelligent-COPD housekeeper WeChat official account for individualized management on the basis of the control group.Results After COPD housekeeper WeChat official account management,COPD assessment test score(CAT),modified British medical research council(mMRC)score,body mass index(BMI),Percentage of FEV 1 in the predicted value(FEV 1%pred)in the observation group were significantly higher,and 6 minutes walk test(6MWT)distance were significantly longer than those before management(P<0.05).The number of smoking cessation,standard drug use and lung rehabilitation training in management group were significantly more than those before management(P<0.05).The frequency of acute exacerbation in observation group was significantly lower than that before management(P<0.05).The levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)and interleukin-8(IL-8)in observation group were significantly lower than those before management(P<0.05).Conclusions COPD housekeeper WeChat official account in patients with COPD in stable period is effective,which can effectively improve the symptoms of patients,enhance their compliance and quality of life.
