Efficacy Observation of Electroacupuncture Combined with Flurbiprofen Axetil for Headache After Spinal Anesthesia

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture(EA)plus Flurbiprofen axetil in treating headache after spinal anesthesia.Method Eighty-seven patients with headache after spinal anesthesia were randomized into a control group of 44 cases and an observation group of 43 cases.The control group was treated with Flurbiprofen axetil and the observation group was given additional EA treatment.The clinical efficacy and post-treatment changes in carotid hemodynamics parameters(vessel diameter,peak flow velocity and resistance index)and rheoencephalogram were observed in the two groups.Result The total effective rate in the observation group(93.0%)was higher than that in the control group(77.2%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The peak flow velocity increased and the resistance index declined after treatment in the two groups,and the observation group was superior to the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the normal wave percentage in the observation group(83.7%)was higher than that in the control group(61.4%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion EA plus Flurbiprofen axetil can effectively enhance the clinical efficacy in treating people with headache after spinal anesthesia;it can improve cerebral blood flow parameters,increase normal wave percentage and mitigate headache symptoms.
