| 摘 要： | 肝泡型棘球蚴病是由多房棘球绦虫幼虫寄生于宿主体内所引起的一种慢性人兽共患寄生虫病。根治性手术切除是肝泡型棘球蚴病首选的治疗方法。近年来,随着一些微创外科治疗方法在外科系统各领域的普及,微创外科技术逐渐开始应用于肝泡型棘球蚴病的临床治疗。本文就肝泡型棘球蚴病的微创外科治疗现状及进展进行综述。

| Abstract: | Hepatic alveolar echinococcosis is a chronic anthropozoonosis parasitic disease caused by the parasitism of larva of cestode Echinococcus multilocularis in the host,and radical surgical resection is the first choice for the treatment of this disease.In recent years,with the universal application of minimally invasive surgery in the fields of surgery system,this technology has been applied in the clinic treatment for hepatic alveolar echinococcosis gradually.In this paper,we reviewed on the status and development of minimally invasive surgical treatment on hepatic alveolar echinococcosis. |
