摘    要:目的和方法:观察动脉损伤后血管壁中纤溶酶原激活物(t-PA)浓度的变化以及分化诱导剂维甲酸对其影响。结果:动脉内皮损伤后1周,血管t-PA浓度达高峰,此后持续下降,但直至术后4周仍高于正常血管。用维甲酸后,尽管术后1、2周血管t-PA水平仍高于正常,但于第4周恢复正常,而且t-PA水平各期均低于未用药损伤血管。结论:促进平滑肌细胞的分化能抑制在体平滑肌细胞t-PA的表达。

Abstract:AIM and METHOD:Changes of tissue-type plasminogen activator(t-PA) content in vessel wall after artery injury and effect of retinoic acid(RA), a differentiation inducing agent, on that were investigated. RESULTS: t-PA concentration increased at all stages after artery injury and reached its maximium at 1 week. Although t-PA levels in RA treated arteries were higher than that of the normal arteries in the first 2 weeks , total t-PA protein was decreased by treatment with RA when compared with the group without RA. CONCLUSION: RA inhibited expression of t-PA by vascular smooth muscle cells in vivo, this may have beneficial effect on intimal thickening after artery injury. .
