| 摘 要： | 目的提高对骑跨横窦硬膜外血肿诊治的认识。方法回顾性分析1999-07~2007-12收治的16例骑跨横窦硬膜外血肿的受伤机制、临床表现、手术方法及治疗效果。结果骑跨横窦硬膜外血肿常无特异性临床表现。手术治愈15例,死亡1例。结论早期诊断、及时手术是骑跨横窦硬膜外血肿治疗成功的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the diagnosis,treatment method of traumatic epidural hematoma stradding the transverse sinus.Methods Sixteen patients were retrospectively analyzed,and the mechanism of injury,clinical character,operational methods were studied.Results All 16 cases underwent surgical operation,15 cases were cured,1 case died.Conclusion The prognosis of epidural hematoma stradding the transverse sinus is good.Once the epidural hematoma diagnosed,operation should be taken as soon as possible.Early diagnosis and treatment are the keys of a successful therapy. |
