三联疗法治疗十二指肠溃疡的疗效观察

目的探讨不同的三联疗法治疗十二指肠溃疡的临床疗效。方法本文对收治的十二指肠溃疡患者采用两种不同的三联疗法进行治疗,并比较两种三联疗法的临床治疗效果。结果在腹痛缓解速度方面,观察组患者在治疗后第1天和第2天的腹痛缓解率明显高于对照组(P0.05),但第3天后差异无显著性。另外,两组患者的溃疡愈合率、Hp根除率及不良反应等方面均无显著性差异(P0.05)。结论对Hp阳性的十二指肠溃疡患者,埃索美拉唑与奥美拉唑联合阿莫西林及克拉霉素治疗十二指肠溃疡均取得了良好的临床疗效,但埃索美拉唑在临床症状缓解方面明显优于奥美拉唑,而且耐受性、安全性及患者的依从性较好,是临床治疗十二指肠溃疡及根除Hp的新选择。

Triple Therapy for Duodenal Ulcer

Objective To investigate different triple treatments for duodenal ulcer. Methods Patients with duodenal ulcer were treated by triple therapy by using two different treatments and the two kinds of triple therapy for clinical treatment were compared. Results The abdominal pain remission rate of the observation group was significantly higher at days 1 and 2 after treatment than that of the control group （P〈 0.05）,and however,there was no significant difference at day 3 after treatment. In addition,there were no significant differences in the ulcer healing rate,the Hp eradication rate and the adverse reactions between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Esomeprazole or omeprazole combined with amoxicillin and clarithromycin can achieve a good clinical effect in the treatment of the Hp-positive duodenal ulcer, but esomeprazole was superior to omeprazole in the clinical symptom remission, and its tolerance, security, and compliance are better, and therefore,it is a new choice in the clinical treatment of duodenal ulcer and the eradication of Hp.
