| 摘 要： | 对2002年1月至2007年12月本院收治的26例甲状腺嗜酸性细胞肿瘤进行回顾性分析.其中25例为单发结节,仅1例为多发.术中快速切片和常规石蜡切片全部确诊为良性.行患侧腺叶切除加(或)峡部切除术均取得满意效果.中位随访时间37个月(9个月～6年)未见复发或转移.

| Abstract: | Unilateral thyroidectomy (lobeetomy) plus (or) isthmectomy were performed surgically and all patients recovered satisfactorily. No recurrence was found after a mean of 37 months follow-up(9 months-6 years). |
