| 摘 要： | 目的建立紫外分光光度法测定乙醇溶液中依沙吖啶含量的方法。方法以乙醇为溶剂，在370nm波长处测定溶液的吸光度，计算依沙吖啶的含量。结果在5μg／ml-15μg／ml的范围内吸光度与浓度之间具有良好的线性关系（r=0．9985），平均回收率为100．8％，RSD为1．16％（n=4）。结论该方法方便可靠，可以用于医院制剂的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish method for determining the content of ethacridine in ethanol solution by UV spectrophotometric method. Methods To determine the Abs of ethacridine in ethanol solution at 370nm; then calculate the content of ethacridine. Results There was good linear relationship between Abs and concentration of ethacridine （r = 0. 9985 ） ranging from 5μg/ml - 15μg/ml, with a average recovery rate of 100. 8% and RSD 1.16 percent （n =4）. Conclusion This method is reliable enough for quality control of hospital preparation. |
