摘    要:目的了解7年来广州地区质粒介导耐药淋球菌株的流行趋势。方法用琼脂稀释法测定最低抑菌浓度(MICs),筛选出质粒介导四环素耐药淋球菌(TRNG),以及用纸片碘量法测定质粒介导的产青霉素酶的淋球菌(PPNG)。结果846株淋球菌检出PPNG131株(15.5%)、TRNG184株(21.8%),7年来,PPNG、TRNG流行率经μ检验,P<0.01,有显著性差异。结论PPNG和TRNG流行率呈逐年上升趋势,持续监测质粒介导耐药淋球菌株的流行趋势是十分必要的。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the prevalence of plasmid-mediated resistant Neisseria gonorrhoeae strains in Guangzhou. Methods The minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) of resistant Neisseria gonorrhoeae and plasmid-mediated tetracyeline resistance (TRNG) were determined by agar dilution method. The penicillinase-producing Neisseria gonorrhoeae (PPNG) was analyzed by iodometry method. Results Among 846 Neisseria gonorrhoeae strains, 131(15.5%) strains were TRNG and 184(21.8%) strains were PPNG. The prevalence of PPNG and TRNG in 2004 were higher than that in 1998(P< 0.01). Conclusion The results indicated that the prevalent of TRNG and PPNG was gradually increased in Guangzhou. It is necessary to continue the monitoring of the prevalence of plasmid-mediated Neisseria gonorrhoeae strains.
