术后早期炎症性肠梗阻的影响因素

目的探讨术后早期炎症性肠梗阻患者发病的相关影响因素及预防措施。方法回顾性分析我院2008年10月。2010年10月收治的130例手术后早期炎症性肠梗阻患者的临床资料，分析影响手术后炎症肠梗阻发生的危险因素及预防措施。结果所有患者共治愈出院129例，死亡1例，术后1d、3d发生率分别为（3．6±2．2）％、（4．5±1．6）％，5d累积发生率为（4．1±2．2）％。结论术后早期炎症性肠梗阻发生的高危因素主要包括低蛋白血症、ASA分级Ⅱ～Ⅳ级、手术时间过长、过多侵扰肠道手术方式和发生术后并发症，早期及时采取针对上述因素的治疗措施能有效预防炎症性肠梗阻发生。

The influencing factors of early postoperative inflammatory intestinal obstruction

Objective To investigate the early postoperative inflammatory intestinal obstruction in patients with onset of the relevant factors and the preventive measures.Methods Retrospective analysis of our hospital from October 2008 to October 2010,80 cases of early inflammatory intestinal obstruction after operation on the patients with the clinical data,analysis of the impact of inflammatory bowel obstruction after operation the risk factors and preventive measures,the results are summarized and statistical analysis.Results All the patients were cured and discharged in 79 cases,1 cases died,after 1,3 d high incidence respectively(3.6±2.2)%,(4.5±1.6)%,5 d cumulative incidence of(4.1±2.2)%.Conclusion The early postoperative inflammatory intestinal obstruction occurrence risk factors include hypoalbuminemia,ASA grade Ⅱ-Ⅳ,operation time is too long,too much intestinal operation mode and infestation of the incidence of postoperative complications,early to take timely according to the factors of treatment measures can prevent inflammatory bowel obstruction occurs.
