髓内胶质瘤的分子遗传学研究进展

髓内胶质瘤包括室管膜瘤和星形细胞瘤，室管膜瘤通常为低度恶性，星形细胞瘤包括高度恶性的胶质母细胞瘤。室管膜瘤占髓内肿瘤发病率第一位，星形细胞瘤占第二位，由于占位特殊性，手术常难以切除干净，术后易复发，对患者生活质量造成极大危害，多数学者寻求更为彻底的治疗方式的同时也对髓内胶质瘤的基础发病原因进行了深入研究，在分子生物学快速发展的今天，深刻了解髓内胶质瘤的分子遗传学特征对理解髓内胶质瘤的发病与治疗具有重要意义，因此本文就髓内胶质瘤的分子遗传学研究进展做简要综述。

Progress in the study of molecular genetics of intramedullary gliomas

Intramedullary gliomas include ependymoma and astrocytoma,ependymoma are usually low-grade,while astrocytoma may include the highly malignant glioblastoma.ependymoma is the first incidence of intramedullary tumor,astrocytoma second,due to the particularity of the placeholder,the surgery is often difficult to excision.Postoperative recurrence incidence is high,cause great harm to the quality of life of patients.Many scholars search for a more effective treatment,so find the underlying causes of intramedullary gliomas is important.Today,the study of molecular biology of the intramedullary gliomas is go indepth,a far and deep understanding of the molecular genetics of intramedullary gliomas characteristics is invented,make great effort to the pathogenesis and treatment of intramedullary gliomas.
