组织多普勒成像技术评价肢端肥大症患者左室功能

目的 探讨组织多普勒成像技术(TDI)评价肢端肥大症患者左心室收缩及舒张功能的价值. 方法 通过TDI研究62例肢端肥大症患者和30例对照者左室收缩及舒张功能,进行参数比较. 结果 肢端肥大症组左室收缩功能指标收缩期峰值速度(Sm)与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；左室舒张功能指标与对照组相比,舒张早期峰值速度(Em)、舒张晚期峰值速度(Am)、Em/Am的差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05). 结论 肢端肥大症患者存在左室收缩及舒张功能障碍,TDI可定量分析其左室收缩及舒张功能,为早期发现左室功能障碍提供客观依据.

Evaluation of left ventricular functions by tissue Doppler imaging technique in patients with acromegaly

Objective To study the value of tissue Doppler imaging technique in evaluation of left ventricular functions in both systolic and diastolic stages in patients with acromegaly.Methods 62 patients with acromegaly were enrolled in the test group,while 30 normal patients were enrolled in the control group.The left ventricular functions of all the patients in both systolic and diastolic stages were examined by tissue Doppler imaging technique and the parameters between the two groups were compared.Results The Sm,which was used to evaluate left ventricular systolic function,was significantly different between the two groups(P<0.05).The Em,Am,Em/Am,which were used to evaluate left and right ventricular diastolic functions,were also significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion The patients with acromegaly have systolic and diastolic dysfunctions in left ventricles.Systolic and diastolic functions in left and right ventriculars can be quantitatively analyzed in patients with acromegaly by tissue Doppler imaging technique.It provides objective supports for early detection of left ventricular dysfunctions in patients with acromegaly.
