P53、Ki-67、C-erbB-2在乳腺癌组织中的表达及临床意义

摘    要:目的探讨P53、Ki-67、C—erbB-2在乳腺癌组织中的表达及其相关性。方法采用免疫组化法检测54例乳腺癌组织中P53、Ki-67、C—erbB-2的表达,并应用统计学方法对P53、Ki-67、C—erbB-2三者间的相关性进行分析。结果P53、Ki-67、C—erbB-2在乳腺癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为48.1%、66.7%、70.4%。P53、Ki-67、C—erbB-2在乳腺癌组织中的阳性表达均与淋巴结转移、TNM分期有关,而与乳腺癌患者的年龄、肿块大小、组织学分级无关。经Pearson相关分析,C—erbB-2与P53、Ki-67在乳腺癌组织中表达呈正相关(r=0.63、0.71,P〈0.05);P53与Ki-67在乳腺癌组织中表达呈正相关(r=0.67,P〈0.05)。结论Ki-67、C—erbB-2和P53的阳性表达可以作为乳腺癌发生、发展的评价指标,三者联合检测更加有助于乳腺癌患者的临床治疗和预后判断。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the expression of P53,Ki-67,C-erbB-2 in breast cancer tissue and their correlation.Methods Immunohistochemical staining of 54 cases of breast cancer in P53,Ki-67,C-erbB-2 expression and application of statistical methods for P53,Ki-67,C-erbB-2 among the three related were analyzed.Results The positive rate of P53,Ki-67,C-erbB-2 in breast cancer was 48.1%,66.7%,70.4%,respectively.The positive expression of P53,Ki-67,C-erbB-2 in breast cancer were associated with lymph node metastasis,TNM stage,but not with age,tumor size,histological grade.The pearson correlation analysis showed that,C-erbB-2 was positively correlated with P53 and Ki-67 expression in breast carcinoma(r = 0.63,0.71,P < 0.05);P53 and Ki-67 expression in breast carcinoma was also positively correlated(r = 0.67,P < 0.05).Conclusion Ki-67,C-erbB-2 and P53 expression can be used as indicators for the evalution of occurrence and development of breast cancer,and their combined detection can be more helpful for the clinical treatment and prognosis of breast cancer patients.
