| 摘 要： | 滤过性手术对于大多数的青光眼患者来说是控制眼压、维持视功能的主要途径。术后浅前房是青光眼滤过术后常见的并发症。大多数浅前房病例可以通过非手术疗法恢复,必要时需手术治疗。本文总结了近年来的相关报道,就青光眼滤过术后浅前房的原因及处理简要综述。

| Abstract: | Filtration surgery is a main way to control intraocular pressure and protect visual funtion for glaucoma at present. Shallow anterior chamber is a common complication after glancoma filtration surgery. Most cases can be managed with nonsurgical methods. Surgical interference should be taken if necessary. We reviewed the recant reports in this fieids, and discussed the cause and treatment of shallow anterior chamber after glaucoma filtration surgery. |
