| 摘 要： | 目的 :研究膀胱移行细胞癌的多药耐药性。方法 :应用免疫组化方法检测 65例膀胱移行细胞癌和 12例正常膀胱黏膜组织中LRP的表达。结果 :65例膀胱移行细胞癌组织LRP阳性表达率为76 92 % ,明显高于正常膀胱黏膜组织 ;LRP在中、低分化肿瘤 (G2 +G3)阳性表达率明显高于高分化肿瘤 (G1)。结论 :LRP可能是引起膀胱移行细胞癌原发性耐药的原因之一

| Abstract: | Objective To elucidate the multidrug resistance (MDR) in bladder transitional cell carcinoma.Methods The expression of LRP in 65 bladder transitional cell carcinoma specimens and 12 normal bladder samples was detected by immunohistochemistry method.Results The total positive rate of LRP in 65 cases of bladder transitional cell carcinoma was 76.92%,higher than those in normal bladder samples significantly.The positive rate of LRP in low-grade tumor(G 2+G 3) is higher than that of high-grade tumor(G 1) significantly.Conclusion LRP might be one of the causes of intrinsic drug resistance related to bladder transitional cell carcinoma. |
