34例微小乳腺肿物的CT诊断

目的 评价CT扫描对微小乳腺肿物的定性价值。方法 选择非典型乳腺肿物34例，直径＜2cm，临床高度考虑乳腺癌，针吸活检阴性病例。34例均行CT平发，其中21行增强扫描。结果 34例乳腺肿物均经病理证实，其中恶性肿瘤21例，良性肿瘤13例；CT扫描诊断乳腺癌19例，良性肿瘤11例，4例与病理诊断不符合，30例诊断准确，CT诊断符合率达88.2％。恶性肿瘤多显示边缘不规则、有分叶、毛刺、密度不均，增强扫描多在1min内明显强化，CT值达峰值，良性肿瘤边缘光滑、可有浅分叶、密度均匀。结论 根据乳腺肿物边缘及周围的改变，结合增强扫描强化程度，CT扫描对乳腺肿物定性准确率明显提高，表明CT扫描是乳腺微小肿珠的重要检查方法之一。

DIAGNOSIS OF 34 CASES SMALL BREST TUMOUR BY CT

ObjectiveTo evaluate the diagnostic value in small breast tumour with CT.Methods34 cases of small breast tumour were confirmed by operation or pathology underwent plain CT,21 cases underwent enhance CT scanning.Results21 cases were maligant tumour and 13 cases were benign tumour,the diagnosis accuracy rate of CT was 88.2 % .Maligant tumour had nonsmooth edge and thorn sign,in most cases CT density value increased most within one minute.Benign tumour had smooth edge,the mass density is uniform.ConclusionPlain CT and enhanced CT contributed to discovery and diagnosis of small breast tumour.
