我院2010年中药注射剂应用现状分析

目的：了解我院中药注射剂的应用情况及趋势,制定科学合理的药品采购计划,优化库存管理,提高资金使用效率。方法：调取我院2010年中药注射刺的季度消耗金额和用量,对季度消耗金额、用药频度及日均费用进行统计分析。按照ABC分析方法对每个品种、规格、金额进行统计分析。结果：调查期间全院共使用中药27个品种,按照设定的消耗金额ABC方法分类,A类8个品种,B类5个品种,C类14个品种,分别占中药消耗金额的69.33%、19.43%、11.24%,占中药总DDDs的58.77%、17.51%、23.73%,用药品种集中趋势明显。结论：中药在我院应用较广泛,以价格较贵的中药使用为主,应该加强该类药物的库存管理,适当缩短库存周期,减少资金占用,提高资金使用率。

Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine Injections in our Hospital

Objective;To evaluate the application and trend of Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) injection in our hospital.Based on that,a scientific plan of purchasing drugs could be made and the stock management,improved. Thus,its efficiency could be improved in the use of funds.Method:The utilization of TCM injection in our hospital during 2010 were statistically analyzed in respect of quarterly consumption sum,DDDs and DDC.Result:During the survey,the hospital used 27 product varieties,of which 8 belonged to A,5 belonged to B and 14 belonged to C,respectively occupying 69.33%,19.43%and 11.24%of the total amount of money on TCM and they each occupied 58.77%,17.51%and 23.73%of the DDDs of the overall TCM.Conclusion:The application of TCM,mainly expensive TCM in our hospital was widely used.So the hospital should control the storage of TCM,appropriately reduce the inventory cycle,reduce the capital occupation and improve efficiency in the use of funds.
