海拔升高对高原居民精神健康状况的影响

 目的 了解久居3600 m海拔的居民到海拔5000 m地区作业6个月后对精神状况的影响。方法 采用横断面研究的方法对高原某单位66名入驻海拔5000 m地区作业人员进行了问卷调查。结果 66名被调查的人员到海拔5000 m地区作业6个月后,分别有39.4%和48.5%发生夜间多梦现象和平时担惊受怕的情况;而半夜惊醒和失眠报道率分别高达87.9%和93.9%;有16.7%的调查对象分别报告在高原期间曾有过情绪失控,并有10.6%的自感患有精神疾病。结论 海拔升高对工作人员的整体精神健康状况有一定的影响,多有报道多梦、半夜惊醒、失眠、担惊受怕等情况,尤以失眠、半夜惊醒情况为重。

Effect of elevated altitude on mental health of high plateau residents

Objective To determine the effect of six-month work at an altitude of 5000 m on mental health of residents who used to live 3600 m above sea level.Methods A cross-sectional structural questionnaire survey was conducted among sixty-six staffs from an academic institution who worked at an altitude of around 5000 m.Results Of the sixty-six participants who had worked six months at an altitude of around 5000 m,39.4% and 48.5% respectively reported dreaminess and fear during their residence in a village on the plateau. Night terrors and insomnia were reported by 87.9% and 93.9% of the participants respectively. Moreover, 16.7% of the participants reported they had experienced borderline personality disorder, and 10.6% felt they were suffering from mental health illness.Conclusions Altitude elevation has some side effect on mental health. Dreaminess, night terrors, insomnia and fear are often reported. The rate of insomnia and night terrors is quite high.
