摘    要:目的探讨直接数字化X线摄影(DR)技术在儿童静脉肾盂造影(IVP)检查中图像质量和X线剂量的关系,以较低的X线剂量提供满足诊断所需的IVP影像。方法总结分析50例儿童IVP患者的X线曝光条件、图像后处理参数、EI(Exposure Index)、DR影像资料的相关性,提供优化的DR摄影曝光参数。结果与常规曝光条件相比,使用准高千伏,提高DR探测器灵敏度,X线曝光量可降低至20%,被检者的X射线面积乘积剂量平均降低至14%。结论在静脉肾盂造影中用DR成像技术与投照参数优化组合,对降低儿童的X射线辐射面积乘积剂量是行之有效的。为其他投照部位使用直接数字化X射线摄影(DR)成像参数优化组合研究提供了指导性的方法,具有一定的临床应用价值。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship between X-ray dose and the image quality of direct digital X-ray radiography (DR) in children intravenous pyelography (IVP) examinations, providing IVP images which meet the diagnostic requirements with the lower X-ray dose. Methods A retrospective analysis of 50 cases of children IVP, including X-ray exposure conditions, image post-processing parameters, EI (Exposure Index), the relevance of DR image data, provides optimal radiographic exposure parameters. Results Compared with conventional exposure conditions, the use of high kilovolt and improving the sensitivity of DR detectors, X-ray dose can be reduced to 20%, the X-ray dose area product of patients are decreased to 14% on average. Conclusion The use of DR in the IVP and the optimization of projection imaging parameters were effective to reduce children's dose area product of radiation,providing a guiding approach to using for optimization of imaging parameters in other parts of projection X-ray photography direct digital, and it has some clinical value.
