诱导型一氧化氮合酶与血管内皮生长因子C在宫颈癌中表达及其与淋巴结转移的相关性研究

摘    要:目的探讨诱导型一氧化氮合酶(inducible nitric oxide synthase,iNOS)与血管内皮生长因子(vascularendothelial growth factor,VEGF)-C在宫颈癌组织中的表达及其与淋巴结转移之间的关系。方法 55例宫颈癌组织(宫颈癌组)与10例正常宫颈组织(对照组),采用免疫组织化学SP法检测2组iNOS和VEGF-C的表达情况。结果宫颈癌组iNOS与VEGF-C阳性率分别为69.09%和63.64%,对照组分别为20.00%和10.00%,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);iNOS表达与VEGF-C呈正相关(r=0.78,P〈0.01);宫颈癌组iNOS(+)VEGF-C(+)者淋巴转移的发生率(54.55%)明显高于iNOS(-)VEGF-C(-)者(27.27%)(P〈0.05)。结论 iNOS、VEGF-C与宫颈癌的淋巴转移关系密切;针对iNOS、VEGF-C的靶向治疗可能成为宫颈癌治疗的新靶点。

Abstract:Objective To explore the expressions of inducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOS) and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)-C in cervical carcinoma and their relationship with lymphatic metastasis.Methods The expressions of iNOS and VEGF-C were detected in 55 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma(cervical carcinoma group) and 10 cases of normal cervical tissue(control group) with immunohistochemical SP method.Results The positive rates of iNOS and VEGF-C were 69.09% and 63.64% in cervical carcinoma group,and were 20.00% and 10.00% in control group,which showed significant differences between two groups(P0.05).The expression of iNOS was positively correlated with VEGF-C(r=0.78,P0.01).The incidence of lymphatic metastasis was higher in positive iNOS and VEGF-C patients(54.55%)than that in negative iNOS and VEGF-C patients(27.27%) in cervical carcinoma group(P0.05).Conclusion The expressions of iNOS and VEGF-C are closely correlated with lymphatic metastasis.The targeting therapy for iNOS and VEGF-C may probably become a new target of cervical carcinoma treatment.
