摘    要:三维有限元分析法是研究口腔生物力学的重要手段之一.采用三维有限元分析法对牙体组织和充填材料的应力分布进行分析和计算机模拟是指导牙体牙髓病学临床应用的重要内容,很多学者对根管治疗过程中根管预备和根管充填等方面进行了应力分析影响的研究,本文就近几年其应用和研究进展作一综述.
