摘    要:目的探讨加热对人体任脉循经红外辐射轨迹的影响。方法以正常人体作为观察对象,对沿任脉显示的循经红外辐射轨迹进行观察,在此基础上,对自然状态下未能显示的循经红外辐射轨迹(infrared radiant trackalong meridian,IRRTM)的对象进行穴位、非穴位及非经对照点加热诱导,用Thermo Tracer TH9100型红外热像仪进行记录。结果多数受试者在任脉线上的穴位点或非穴位点加热都可以显著提高IRRTM的出现率,还可使已有的红外辐射轨迹距离增长,变得更加连续规整。而非经对照点一般不能诱发明显的IRRTM。加热诱发的效果受季节、受试者体形及加热时间的影响。结论加热对任脉循经红外辐射轨迹有明显的影响,加热经上穴位点与非穴位点既可诱发出所属经脉红外辐射轨迹,也可使既有的循经红外辐射轨迹变得更连续、规整。为进一步探讨循经红外辐射轨迹的形成机理及其相关的物质基础提供实验根据,也为临床灸疗和诊疗技术提供了直接和客观的依据。

Elicitation of infrared radiant track along Ren meridian courses by local heating

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of elicitation of Infrared Radiant Track along Ren meridians by local heating. Methods Healthy volunteers were adopted to observe the appearance of infrared radiant track along Ren meridian. Irritate those volunteers,who can not display IRRTM in normal condition on acupuncture Points,non-acupoints and non-meridian control point by local heating,the infrared radiant track was recorded by an apparatus manufactured by NEC san-ei instruments Ltd (Thermo Tracer TH9100). Results Heating the acupuncture points or non-acupoints of Ren meridian on most subjects can significantly improve the appearance rate of IRRTM,increase the infrared radiant track distance,and make the track more consecutive regular. The effect of elicitation induced by season,the subjects shape and heating time. Conclusions The results provide experiment foundations to investigate the formation mechanism and related material basis of IRRTM,also provide direct and objective consultations for moxibustion treatment technology.
