腔镜手术治疗甲状腺良性病变的临床研究

目的:观察腔镜手术对甲状腺良性病变的临床效果。方法:127例甲状腺良性病变患者根据经济条件分成腔镜下甲状腺切除术组(腔镜组)和开放甲状腺切除术组(开放组)。腔镜组患者应用超声刀切除病灶,开放组应用电刀切除病灶。观察患者手术时间、术中失血量、住院费用、住院天数等临床资料,并进行统计学分析。结果:腔镜组手术时间较开放组长,住院费用高于开放组,术后并发症发生率较开放组高,但住院天数较开放组少(P<0.05),在失血量上两组无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:腔镜手术治疗良性甲状腺疾病具有很好的美容效果,可以作为甲状腺手术其中的一种术式在临床应用。

The clinical study of treatment of thyroid carcinoid by endoscopic operation

Objective:To compare the clinical effect of thyroid carcinoid by endoscopic operation and open operation.Methods:127 Patients with thyroid carcinoid were divided into the endoscopic thyroidectomy group and the open operation group.The patients in the endoscopic thyroidectomy group took the operation by trans-thoracoareolar approach,while thepatients in the open operation group took the operation by classical operation method.To observe and compare the operation time,the blood loss,the expense in hospital,the days in hospital.Results:In the endoscopic thyroidectomy group,the operation time was longer,the expense and the rate of syndrome were higher than that of the open operation group.But the days staying in hospital was fewer than that of the open operation group(P<0.05).The blood loss between the two groups was similar(P>0.05).Conclusions:The treatment of thyroid carcinoid by endoscopic operation has good cosmetic results.
