| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨围绝经期综合征常见中医证素与性激素水平的相关性。方法:选择174例围绝经期综合征患者,采用辨证要素积分的方法,通过对围绝经期综合征患者性激素指标的观察,研究围绝经期综合征中医证素与性激素水平的相关性。结果:①围绝经期综合征的病位证素主要以肝、肾为主;病性证素以阴虚、气滞、血虚为最多见;②E2与肾、血虚呈负相关;FSH与肾、血虚呈正相关;FSH/LH与肝、气滞呈正相关。结论:E2下降、FSH升高是肾虚形成的病理生理学基础之一,FSH/LH与肝郁密切相关。

| Abstract: | Objective: To disscus the relevance of TCM syndrome elements and sex hormones in perimenopausal syndrome.Methods: Choosing 174 perimenopausal syndrome patients,using the method of differentiation of syndrome elements,through the observation of sex hormones,to research relevance of TCM syndrome elements and sex hormones.Results: ①The main locations of perimenopausal syndrome are liver and kidney;Yin deficiency,Qi stagnation and blood deficiency are the main nature of disease.②E2 is negatively related to kidney and blood deficiency;FSH is positively related to kidney and blood deficiency;FSH/LH is positively related to liver and Qi stagnation.Conclusion: The decline of E2 and increase of FSH is one of the pathophysiological basis of deficiency of kidney,FSH/LH is closely related to the liver depression. |
