| 摘 要： | 目的探讨P27蛋白表达与宫颈鳞状细胞癌发生、发展的关系。方法采用SP法免疫组化分别检测宫颈鳞状细胞癌、癌旁高级别鳞状上皮病变、癌旁正常鳞状上皮及非癌旁正常鳞状上皮组织中P27蛋白的表达。结果宫颈鳞状细胞癌、癌旁高级别鳞状上皮病变、癌旁正常鳞状上皮及非癌旁正常鳞状上皮组织中P27阳性表达率分别为35.00% (21/60)、38.89%(14/36)、77.78%(42/64)、80.00%(8/10),其中宫颈鳞状细胞癌及癌旁高级别鳞状上皮病变P27阳性表达率与癌旁及非癌旁正常宫颈鳞状上皮相比差异均有显著性(P<0.05或0.01)。P27阳性表达率下降与组织学分级、肿瘤大小、肿瘤浸润及琳巴转移有关(P均<0.01),与年龄无关(P>0.05)。结论P27在宫颈鳞状细胞癌的发生、发展过程中起重要的作用,体现在P27蛋白表达降低或缺失时易导致宫颈鳞状细胞癌的发生和转移,因此检测P27蛋白表达可作为宫颈鳞状细胞癌的发生、发展及预后评估的一个有用指标。
