摘    要:目的探讨超声检测及模拟定位在精确放疗定位中对肝肿瘤呼吸移动度的关系。方法对37例次原发性或转移性肝癌患者用超声检测及模拟机实测肝肿瘤呼吸移动度,分析两种方法对肝肿瘤呼吸移动度测值的相关性。结果超声测量与模拟机实测肝肿瘤呼吸移动度检测结果呈高度正相关(r〉0.8,P〈0.05)。结论超声测量与模拟机实测对肝肿瘤呼吸移动度测值相关性好,超声检测可作为肝肿瘤精确放疗定位的方法之一。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the correlation between ultrasound and simulation location in breathing degree of excursion of liver cancer in radiotherapy. Methods Tumors breathing degree of excursion of 37 patients with primary or metastatic liver cancer were determined by ultrasound and simulator, the correlation between results of two methods was analyzed. Results The results of breathing degree of excursion determined by ultrasound and simulator had high positive correlation (r 〉 0.8,P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Ultrasound has a better correlation with simulator in breathing degree of excursion in liver tumors. Ultrasound detection can be served as an important method in location of liver tumors in radiotherapy.
