太原市95例海洛因依赖者脉象调查

目的:了解太原市海洛因依赖者的脉象情况,为下一步中医证候学研究收集资料。方法:随机抽取2004年1月1日-2004年5月17日进入太原地区某强制戒毒所的100例海洛因依赖者进行访谈;运用ZM-Ⅲc脉象采集器采集脉象进行分析;以自制量表记录情况,进行横断面研究。结果:共有95例患者的资料进入统计;脉象仪统计资料显示:脉势正常者49例(51·58%);脉位中者46例(48·42%);脉力中和无力者各46例,分别占48·42%;脉率平者47例(49·47%);节律不齐的有65例(68·42%);脉形abc有50例(52·63%);确定为结代脉的17例(17·89%);状态为无力、低平虚、不齐的11例(11·58%)。结论:阿片类物质依赖稽延性戒断综合征患者的脉象大多为无力、低平虚、不齐。

STUDY ON THE PULSE TRACINGS OF 95 HEROIN ADDICTS IN TAIYUAN

Objective:To understand the pulse tracings of heroin addicts and lay a foundation of symptomatology study of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM). Methods:The pulse tracings of 100 heroin users doing drug detoxification in a compulsory detoxification center in Taiyuan from January 1st 2004 to May 17th 2004 were collected with the ZM—Ⅲc picker of pulse tracings (manufactured by Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine),and the results were recorded and analyzed with a self-designed form. Results:The data of 95 cases were valid,among which 49 cases(51.58%)had a normal pulse, 47(49.47%)had a calm pulse,65(68.42%)had a cacorhythmic pulse,50(52.63%)had a “abc” pulse,17 patients(17.89%) who had a irregular pulse,and 11(11.58%)had a low weak pulse. Conclusion: Many of the heroin addicts have weak,low and irregular pulse tracings. The situation is consistent with the pathogenesis of prolonged withdrawal syndromes.
