摘    要:目的:研究严重烧伤休克早期羊肠系膜淋巴管运动及淋巴管内皮细胞超微结构的变化。方法:将24只成年羊随机分为烧伤组(A组,n=18)和对照组(B组,n=6)。在A组动物背部造成30%TBSAⅢ度烧伤,利用倒置显微镜及录像系统观察羊肠系膜淋巴管伤后48h内的运动变化.计算淋巴管收缩频率(F),收缩分数指数(EF),淋巴管总收缩指数(PFI)。观察肠系膜淋巴管内皮细胞超微结构的变化。结果:烧伤休克早期肠系膜淋巴管扩张,淋巴管运动指数F、EF、PFI下降。电镜下见肠系膜淋巴管内皮细胞肿胀.内皮细胞连接破坏。结论:严重烧伤休克早期羊淋巴管运动减弱,肠系膜淋巴管内皮细胞损伤,可能是淋巴循环障碍的病理基础。

Abstract:Objective: To study the dynamic changes of mesentery lymphatic motion and observe the lymphatic endothelium ultrastructure of goats in early serious burn shock. Methods: Twenty-four female adult goats were randomly divided into burn group (group A, n=18) and control group (group B, n=6). Animals in group A were made third-degree burns on 30% total body surface area, and the motive frequency (F), ejecfion fraction (EF) and pump flow index (PFI) of the mesenteric lymphatic vessels were calculated. The endothelial ultrastructures of mesentery lymphatic vessels were observed under inverted microscope. Results: In group A, the contractile frequency of the mesenteric lymphatic vessels decreased, and the contractile indexes (F, EF, PFI) did the same. The villi central lacteal and submucosal microlymphatics of small intestine were extremely dilated, and the ultrastructural disruptions swelled and contacts of lymphacic endothelium disrupted under microscope. Conclusion: In the early serious burn shock stage, the motion of the lymphatic vessels decrceases, and the lymphatic endothelial ultrastructure disrupts, which may be the basis of the lymphatic circulation border.
