| 摘 要： | 目的探讨健脾化瘀中药对肝癌转移细胞凋亡的影响。方法制作裸鼠人肝癌MHCC97裸鼠模型，观察健脾化瘀中药对高、低转移中药组，高、低转移对照组，空白对照组转移灶的形成、瘤重、瘤体大小、肝内外转移、细胞凋亡峰百分率之间影响的差异。结果所有高、低转移组均全部能够成瘤，健脾化瘀中药抑制肝癌的肝内转移不明显，而能够有效地抑制肝癌的肝外转移，尤其对高转移细胞株的肝外转移抑制更明显，所有的组别都未见肝癌肺内转移，但肠道、脾脏明显发生转移，高转移中药组与高转移对照组之间、低转移中药组与低转移对照组之间差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。高转移对照组细胞凋亡百分率为（9．62±2．44）％，明显高于高转移中药组的（4．20±1．01）％，两组间比较差异有显著性意义（P〈0．01）；而低转移对照组细胞凋亡百分率为（16．52±3．11）％，高于低转移中药组的（11．72±2．44）％，两组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论健脾化瘀中药诱导人肝癌MHCC97高、低转移细胞株凋亡，对高转移细胞株作用尤为明显，抑制高、低转移细胞株的远处转移，但对肝脏成瘤影响不大。
