卖淫妇女心理卫生状况的调查与分析

目的　了解卖淫妇女的心理健康水平 ,为促使卖淫妇女心理转化提供心理学依据。方法　采用 SCL-90和问卷调查 ,对收教中的卖淫妇女心理健康进行了调查。结果　卖淫妇女 SCL-90各项因子分均高于国内常模 ,差异达到非常显著的水平 ( P<0 .0 5,P<0 .0 1 ) ,尤其是强迫症状、人际关系敏感、忧郁和敌对等因子 ,其次各项因子在年龄、文化程度、婚姻、经济上有着不同的显著差异。结论　卖淫妇女存在较多的心理问题

The Investigation and Analysis of the Mental Health of the Prostitutes

Objective To understand the mental health level of prostitutes and provide psychological basis for bring about their psychological transformation.Methods We investigated the mental health of prostitutes under detention and education by adopting SCL-90 and questionnaires.Resusts All the Factors of the SCL-90 of the prostitutes are higher than those of the domestic normal model,and the differences have reached a very significant level(P<0.05,P<0.01),especially on the following factors:forceful symptom,being sensitive on personal relationships,dejection and hostility,etc.Secondly,there are significant differences among all the factors on age,education,marriage,and economic status.Conclusions Prostitutes have quite a lot of psychological problems.
