| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨血液透析过程中低血压的预防和护理措施.[方法]回顾性分析168例慢性肾衰竭行维持性血液透析病人的临床资料.[结果]本组共进行血液透析4 358例次,发生低血压400例次;经处理,350例次可继续透析,50例次持续低血压,需结束透析.[结论]血液透析过程中低血压发生的关键在于预防.

| Abstract: | Objective:To probe into the prevention and nursing measures for patients with hypotension during accepting hemodialysis.Methods:The clinical data of 168 chronic kidney failure patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis were analyzed retrospectively.Results:Among the total hemodialysis 4358 cases times,400 cases times had occurred hypotension.Through treatment,350 cases times could continue their hemodialysis.The other 50 cases times with persistent hypotension had to stop the hemodialysis.Conclusion:Preve... |
