| 摘 要： | 目的：利用超声监护，探讨宫腔镜在宫内胎物残留诊断、治疗的应用价值：方法：妊娠物残留25例，其中24例曾行刮宫术1～3次，所有患者在B超-宫腔镜联合下行宫内胎物残留手术。结果：B超-宫腔镜联合诊治与病理检查结果诊治符合率100％。结论：B超-宫腔镜联合检查正在逐渐替代盲目的诊断性刮宫，成为诊治宫内胎物残留的首选方法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To determine the clinical value of hysteroscopy with ultrasonic monitoring in diagnosis and treatment of embryo remnants. Methods: 25 patients with embryo remnants were on surgical treatment by hysteroscopy and ultrasonography and,of these,24 had undergone dilation and curettage once to three times. Results: The coincidence rate of hysteroscopy and ultrasonography with pathological outcomes was 100%. Conclusion: This combined method instead of diagnostic dilation and curettage can be chosen as the first selection for embryo remnants diagnosis and treatment. |
